PRICE MATCH POLICY
We Do Price Match!
Terms & Conditions
- Price Match will be applied to the price when a cheaper identical product is found, IN STOCK, at an Australian retailer with PHYSICAL store location/s.
- The product must be cheaper than the our price once all shipping costs and any additional charges are considered.
- Proof of the competitor’s price and stock availability must be provided upon claiming the Price Match Guarantee.
- Clearance items do not qualify.
- If you want to do price match on the products you found ONLINE, please contact us and we consider CASE by CASE.
- The Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical products. The SKU and/or Barcode found on the competitor’s new product must match that held in Steam Rockids. A title or name match is not sufficient to prove that the product is identical.
- Provided that the competitor’s price and immediate availability can be confirmed at the time of purchase, the product price will be reduced to the competitor’s price (including shipping costs and any additional charges).
- Terms and conditions are correct as of 22 April 2019.
Online Customers
Please email us at Admin@steamrockids.com.au with the proof of the competitor's price and we will be in touch within 3 business days of receiving your request.
We will issue a code for you to apply at your purchase checkout.
In-store Customers
You can claim the Price Match directly in our store, provided the above Terms & Conditions are met.
